If you order any of our digital products, your products will be made available for download immediately unless otherwise stated.

Most digital product files are available for download after purchasing.
To re-download your digital product, simply log into your account to access your files.
If you don't have an account, you can create one using the same email you used to purchase the product.

Your service files will be delivered to you via file sharing link. We keep these files for 30 days after your service so we recommended all customers keep a copy of these files on their own hard drives.
After this time there is no guarentee we may locate your service files.
To request a reissue of your files please contact support within the allotted timeframe. Note: additional fees may apply.

We conduct a 5-hold on every service. During this time customers can request a refund minus the processing fees.
This is not applicable to non-refundable digital products.

All services are subject to a 5-hour hold. In the event that you change your mind, you may contact support for a refund within this time minus a cancellation fee 20% cancellation fee. After 5-hours of booking all payments are final.
